Postage policy -
All orders are dispatched from Lismore Northern NSW & processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day (Personalised product orders may take an additional 24-72hrs to process).
Due to peak periods & as a result of COVID-19, Postage timeframes may vary depending on your location, Once orders have been processed & dispatched, delivery time & any possible delays are out of our control. Please allow addition time for delivery.
Shipping Rates -
Shipping fee’s will be calculated & added to your order during the checkout process.
Lost / Missing Parcels-
We (Laser Design Creations) are not liable for Lost / Missing parcels that are
- Lost during transit,
- Due to parcel theft (if parcel left unattended at delivery address).
- Incorrect delivery address (If wrong delivery address was provided during checkout).
We will only cover a replacement of your order for lost / missing parcels if *Signature On Delivery* option is selected during checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (including a tracking number for orders sent via registered parcel post). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (after receiving email notification of order being dispatched).
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date (check your orders tracking number for the expected delivery date), please contact us at admin@laserdesigncreations.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
