Exchanges / Returns
If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can return your product for exchange, or a refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please Note -
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds/Exchanges Not Accepted for Custom / Personalised products.
- Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Refund Conditions for 'change of mind' or 'incorrect item' purchases -
- A 10% restocking fee applies to change of mind / incorrect item purchases.
- You (the customer) will be liable for return postage costs & any initial purchase postage costs & return postage costs are non-refundable.
- For BNPL purchases (such as Afterpay / Zip Pay), Fee's we incur on these orders are non-refundable (your refund amount will be total original purchase costs minus postage costs / BNPL fees / 10% restocking fee).
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- You will receive an email reply with instructions on how/where to complete your return.
- Send items back to us following the return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Typically within 3-5 business days but may vary dependent on your original payment method).
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You (the customer) are required to use a trackable postage/shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's lost in return transit & a trackable postage service isn't used. A refund can not be issued if the return item isn't received & trackable postage service isn't used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or financial institution the initial payment was made thru, it may take some time before your refund is officially received. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
