*IMPORTANT*
Not all images may be suitable for wood engraving. A suitable image should be a clear high resolution wide angle photo (Please refer to images above). Several factors can interfere with a quality wood engraving such as dark / blurry images, extreme shadows or bright light reflections.

If the photo provided is not suitable for engraving, we will contact you to request additional photos (Please ensure to add correct email when placing an order).

To achieve the finished wood engraved photo, the image may need to be cropped or edited to the required size & in many cases, we will need to create a custom background (This is to keep the correct aspect ratio of the vehicle being engraved as to not distort/stretch the image to achieve the required size for engraving).

If we need to edit & create a custom background, we will use either a generic nature or scenic background (We will contact you to confirm what style background you are satisfied with before processing your order). Please review images below for examples of how custom backgrounds are used.

If we are required (or requested) to create a custom background, we will contact you via email with several options of background choices for you to select from & will include a 'Computer Generated Mock-Up' showing a guideline of how your design will look before we process your order.

The Computer mock-up is ONLY A GUIDELINE & not how the finished design will look (See image below for reference showing finished results with unique woodgrain patterns that are not shown in computer generated mock-ups).

Each engraved design has its own unique wood grain pattern. The wood grain pattern will vary with each custom made order, Please view the image below for a reference as to how each design will have it's own unique wood pattern & as an expectation of the finished result you will receive (Image below if for reference only & not included).



These are custom made to order. Allow 24-72hrs for your order to be created.
Frame style may vary depending on stock availability.

Postage Info

Postage Info -

All orders are dispatched from Lismore Northern NSW & processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day (Personalised product orders may take an additional 24-72hrs to process).

Due to peak periods & as a result of COVID-19, Postage time frames may vary depending on your location, Once orders have been processed & dispatched, delivery time & any possible delays are out of our control. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Shipping Rates -

Shipping fees will be calculated & added to your order during the checkout process.

Lost / Missing Parcels -

We are not liable for Lost / Missing parcels -

  • Due to parcel theft (if parcel left unattended at delivery address).
  • Incorrect delivery address (If wrong delivery address was provided during checkout).

Laser Design Creations will only cover a replacement of lost/missing order parcel if *Signature On Delivery* option is selected during checkout.

Please ensure to select *Signature On Delivery* to avoid your parcel being left unattended at your delivery address. 

FAQ

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (including a tracking number for orders sent via registered parcel post). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (after receiving email notification of order being dispatched).

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date (check your orders tracking number for the expected delivery date), please contact us at admin@laserdesigncreations.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
