- Order Instructions -
1. Select your plate State from the menu (NSW / QLD / VIC).

2. Select your plate style from the available options.

3. Add your personalised plate details in the ‘Custom Plate Text’ field.

4. Add to cart (If you require more than one style keyring, please repeat the process.

(Optional - Leave a note in the 'Additional Info' field with any additional information or requested details you require).

Keyrings measure approx 65 x 20mm.

Ensure you specify your plate layout format EXACTLY how you want it to appear on the keyring (See examples above) to avoid incorrect plate being sent.

If your number plate layout is different then the versions we have listed, Simply add any details to the 'Additional Info' field. (we may need to email you to confirm the layout is correct before completing the order).

For instance - If you require different text along the bottom /side / top of your keyring plate, Just leave a note in the 'Additional Info' field with the requested details you require.

The fonts used on the acrylic key rings won’t be an exact match to the fonts that are used on your licence plate.

These engraved acrylic Keyrings are made to order & generally dispatched within 24-72hrs after purchase.

All orders are dispatched from Lismore Northern NSW & processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day (Personalised product orders may take an additional 24-72hrs to process).

Due to peak periods & as a result of COVID-19, Postage time frames may vary depending on your location, Once orders have been processed & dispatched, delivery time & any possible delays are out of our control. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Shipping Rates -

Shipping fees will be calculated & added to your order during the checkout process.

Lost / Missing Parcels -

We are not liable for Lost / Missing parcels -

Due to parcel theft (if parcel left unattended at delivery address).
Incorrect delivery address (If wrong delivery address was provided during checkout).

Laser Design Creations will only cover a replacement of lost/missing order parcel if *Signature On Delivery* option is selected during checkout.

Please ensure to select *Signature On Delivery* to avoid your parcel being left unattended at your delivery address.

FAQ

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (including a tracking number for orders sent via registered parcel post). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (after receiving email notification of order being dispatched).

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date (check your orders tracking number for the expected delivery date), please contact us at admin@laserdesigncreations.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
